2. License and Acceptable Use

2.1 Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ImgLite for your personal or professional image optimization needs, subject to these Terms.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purposes or to process prohibited content.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the compression engine.
• Bypass any technical limitations or subscription locks within the app.
• Distribute the app or its components through unauthorized channels.

3. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As a local-first application:

• We do not store your photos on our servers.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original images.
• We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the compression process. Always preview and verify your files before deleting originals.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain premium features of ImgLite may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

• Payments are handled securely via the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

"The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind."

While we strive for 100% visual integrity, image compression is a destructive process by nature. ImgLite does not guarantee that the result will always meet your specific quality expectations for every use case. We recommend testing quality settings on a single image before batch processing your entire library.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgnixBit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, corrupted images, or storage issues.
